Booking Policy

Payments

Appointments

Deposit is now required ​for all most styles over ​$100. You will be ​required to put a card ​on file to book. We ​accept Cash, Venmo, ​Zelle, and Cashapp as

preferred method of

payment. Card also ​accepted.

Please use an updated phone number and email when booking. A confirmation will be emailed to the email on file. Please note the service price and description when booking. Please cancel your appointment if you are sick to avoid me canceling upon arrival. Failing to do so will require a non refundable deposit to rebook.

Cancellation & Late Arrivals

24-hour notice required to ​cancel to avoid fee of 50% of ​service simply text 859-429-​0550. Failing to do so will charge ​your card on file automatically. ​Please arrive on time. 10 minute ​grace period will only be given if ​I am notified, failure to notify ​result in loss of appointment. ​After 10 minute grace period. A ​fee of $25 will be added to ​service cost.

Extra Guest

Our new Salon has ​limited space. Please ​only bring 1 extra Guest ​with you if needed. If you ​need to bring more ​please text 859-429-​0550 so accomdations ​can be made prior to ​arrival.

Hair must be healthy ​and free from ​damage.

If you are a new ​guest to our salon

please text 859-​429-0550 after ​booking.

Hair must be at least 4 ​inches long. Crochet/ ​Extension hair is not ​included for any service ​price. Hair can be ​provided for an ​additional cost.

Waxing

Waxing is available ​for adults. Ages 17 and ​under must have parent ​or guardian present ​during service.

Release Forms

Consent forms for chemical ​services and waxing must be ​signed prior to services. All ​forms can be found on the ​bottom of the website labeled ​release forms.
